At the beginning of Damouchari, on a privilege position, on the hill, with a panoramic view you can find the complex. The complex provides light and airy accommodation at a great position overlooking the mountain and the sea. Clients will receive the keys from the local representative office (les hirondelles). guests will be escorted and showed in their apartments, contact numbers are as follows: Tel 2421032171, Fax 2421035030. For late check in (between 24:00 hrs & 08:00 am) 50% of 1 night stay will apply and can not exceed 30, 00 euros charge. The maisonettes consists of a ground floor and balcony with a view on the first floor. Every maisonette has autonomous central heating that can be controled from the guests and every floor has airconditioning. The accomodation is ideal for families and friends who want to relax and enjoy the Agean Sea.

The complex is a few meters for the puplic car park, next to an old church of Agios Nikolaos and 250m from the beach. Walking among the small paths of Damouchari you will find the natural port, the traditonal taverns, the beach with the big pebbles and the clear, crystal waters of Agean Sea. From that point there is a path way that leads to Tsagarada village and the beach of Fakistra.
